Problem

Customers needed clear, trustworthy updates about their orders, while AT&T required strict adherence to brand, accessibility, and design-system standards across email and web. Inconsistencies in messaging and UI patterns created confusion and reduced confidence during the post-purchase journey.

Solution

I refined the order status and lookup experience by:

  • Standardizing UI components and messaging hierarchy
  • Improving status indicators and responsive layouts
  • Ensuring alignment with AT&T's enterprise design system across touchpoints
