Summary
I supported AT&T's post-purchase experience by improving the order confirmation email and order status lookup flows for both guest and signed-in users.

Problem
Customers needed clear, trustworthy updates about their orders, while AT&T required strict adherence to brand, accessibility, and design-system standards across email and web. Inconsistencies in messaging and UI patterns created confusion and reduced confidence during the post-purchase journey.

I refined the order status and lookup experience by:
