Problem

As customer expectations evolved, the bank sought to reimagine how digital banking tools could become more intuitive, proactive, and personalized-while meeting strict regulatory, security, and accessibility requirements.

Solution

I led UX exploration across multiple concept areas by:

  • Mapping opportunity areas within the personal banking journey
  • Creating low-fidelity prototypes to test early hypotheses
  • Designing neutral, non-branded UI patterns for usability evaluation
